1. Applicants must have the required Math and English proficiency to enter in the technical training program.


2. Recipients must pay for the first block of the tuition, fees, books and supplies.


3. The FUNDET scholarship award is between $1,000.00 to $1,500.00


4. Scholarship recipients need to comply with 14 to 16 hours of course completion work a week.


5. Scholarship recipients are required to perform 10 hours of community service a month.


6. Students will sign a FUNDET and SLCC Release of Information form.


7. Students will be assigned a FUNDET mentor and must attend a monthly Academic Progress Interview.


8. At the completion of the training program, students must be ready, able, and willing to enter the workforce.
